The guy that makes the pizzas is the most professional associate they have. They are so nice in there. The one associate let me taste the cannoli filling before ordering it when I went in there once because in Kissimmee they fill them with cream cheese (won't find cream cheese in Italy!) so I wanted to be sure it was the ricotta filling. It is real Italian tasting food and you can't get that in Kissimmee anywhere. I love this place. One time, they forgot to put in my order and I had waited over two hours to get it because the guy delivered it rather than saving it for me to pick up. It was a mistake on their behalf so they gave me a fresh new order free and gave me 20% off my next order. The customer means a lot to them and it shows in the way they do business. I will always be a valued customer to them because they are awesome!
